The CA9 Ezair™ Applicator is a crimping device that delivers high-volume, high-quality terminations and is compatible with all Panduit Reel Smart™ products. The universal baseplate is compatible with most commercially available bench-top presses and automatic wire processing machines. Quick change die sets allow for fast product change over and reduction in set-up time.

Applicator: runs in the AMP Model T and K bench presses. True "quick change" applicator — no additional plates are necessary. Slide right into the press for easy changeover. Uses CD-800 series die inserts.

The CP-881 semi-automated, strip & crimp tool installs single-wire ferrules onto insulated wire. This tool is used with continuously molded ferrules on mini-reels for medium to high volume terminations and has a 1.5 second cycle time for high productivity. The color-coded die inserts are easily matched to compatible ferrules for fast, efficient changeover. The lightweight and easy movement from workstation to workstation, provides maximum job site flexibility.

A semi-automated tool that provides a quick three step process (wire stripping, ferrule placement, and ferrule crimping) with a cycle time of 1.5 seconds. This tool is used with Panduit continuously molded #20 – 14 AWG (0.5 – 2.5mm2) DIN ferrules on mini-reels of 500 – 5000 pieces for quality, medium to high volume terminations. Included with the tool are color coded die inserts that allow visual matching between parts and die sets for fast efficient change over and reduced mismatching. The tool is lightweight and has a built-in handle for easy movement of tool from workstation to workstation for maximum jobsite flexibility and productivity.

The CT-920 Manual Hydraulic Crimp Tool is a hand-operated and light weight hydraulic crimping tool that is made of high quality aluminum that provides long-term dependability.
